Sullivan County Community Hospital, in an effort to promote a more healing environment for our patients, has now begun a "Quiet Time" in the hospital from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. each day. During quiet time, lights will be dimmed in the patient hallways, as well as the nurses' stations, and doors to patient rooms will be closed.
If patient testing is absolutely required at this time, it will be done in as quiet a manner as possible. Overhead paging will be kept to a minimum (emergency situations only), and no disruptive activity will be allowed in patient care areas.
We ask that all visitors observe the quiet time guidelines, in order to assist your loved ones with their recovery. | | "Quiet Time" in the hospital is from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. each day. |
