 | Education: | B.S. in Physical Therapy. Currently licensed in the state of Indiana. |
| Experience: | Prefer a minimum of two years recent clinical experience, preferably in a public health or home health agency setting. |
| Special Skills: | Involves making home visits as assigned by the Director. Must work cooperatively and as a team with clients and their significant others, all home health staff, other hospital workers, director, visitors, and contracted staff. |
| License Required: | Must have valid drivers license. |
