 | Education: | PhD, Masters or Bachelor's Degree in a chemical, physical, or biological science or medical technology from an accreditd institution or BS MT-ASCP |
| Experience: | At least four years of laboratory training or experience, or both, in high complexity testing. |
| Special Skills: | Responsible for day-to-day supervision or oversight of the laboratory operation and personnel performing testing and reporting test results. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities. Formulates budget. Maintains effective physician and intradepartmental relations. |
