Fit Kids Program at SCCH Fitness Center
Beginning February 4, and continuing on Mondays and Wednesdays, the SCCH Fitness Center will offer the Fit Kids after-school program from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. This is a four-week program which includes a variety of FUN cardiovascular and strength training exercises. Children ages 7 to 13 are eligible to participate. The cost of this program is $20 per child. If you would like to register your child, please contact the SCCH Fitness Center at (812) 268-2536.
