| On Thursday, August 4, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., the SCCH Fitness Center will be sponsoring "A Day Fit for Kids" at Shakamak State Park. Activities included on this special day will include hiking, archery, paddle boating, swimming, nature exhibits, healthy eating/shopping lecture and games.
