| Description: | Before the advent of hospitals and medical clinics, there was health care at home. Home is, traditionally, the place where one finds comfort within familial surroundings. Home is where our caring professionals are able to provide high quality, personalized care, which includes:
* Skilled Nursing
* Speech Therapy

Sullivan County Community Hospital Home Health is located in the Administration wing of the hospital. Normal operating hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. A skilled nurse is on-call after hours and on weekends. To reach Home Health, call (812) 268-4311, extension 2305. Director Paula Long, RN, is available at extension 2306.
SCCH Home Health is Medicare and Medicaid certified and serves Sullivan, Greene, Knox and Clay counties. |
