12 Week Starter Fitness & Nutrition Program
Initial Fitness Assessment, Detailed Weekly Exercise Routines, 30 Minutes of Personal Training Each Week, Reassessments at 6 & 12 Weeks, Initial Assessment/Evaluation with a Registered Dietician, Food Plans & Journaling to Help You Stay on Track, Cost is $200 for Members and $300 for Non-Members.
