 The Carlisle Medical Clinic is staffed by Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Tabitha Simpson, with Dr. Dustin Ellis serving as the supervising physician.
Dr. Ellis sees patients in the clinic on Friday mornings. Simpson provides a number of services, including well child clinics (immunizations, sports/school physicals), acute illness treatment (coughs, colds, flu, etc.), chronic illness management (such as asthma, diabetes, high cholesterol, COPD, hypertension), health screens (pap tests, breast exams) and minor injuries. Carlisle Medical Clinic is now a provider of lab drawing services for Lab One patients, as well as patients who are not Lab One clients, but are in need of lab tests. Lab services are performed during normal business hours at the clinic.
Hours of operation for the Carlisle Medical Clinic are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments may be made by calling (812) 398-5200. The clinic is located at 8685 South Old Highway 41 in Carlisle, just south of the Carlisle Plaza.
