You are responsible for the following hospital rules and regulations affecting patient care and conduct.
Smoking
Sullivan County Community Hospital is a smoke-free facility. This includes vaping.
Respect and Consideration
You are responsible for respecting the rights of other patients and hospital personnel and respecting the property of others and the property of Sullivan County Community Hospital.
Noise Reduction
Studies have shown that increased noise levels can have a direct impact on hospital length of stay and stress levels. In order to help us reduce noise levels in our facility, we ask that you commit to the following:
- Limit patient visitors to two at a time.
- Speak quietly in all areas of the hospital.
- Watch videos on phones only if you have earbuds.
- Adhere to visiting hours.
- Do not call patient rooms after 9pm.
- Avoid visiting in the hallways of patient care areas.
